Wake up
The bedroom blinds open halfway and the lights rise gradually over a few minutes. The thermostat has already warmed the bathroom before you get up.

Heading out
You tap "Away" on the panel by the door; any lights left on go off and the air conditioning drops to eco mode. The alarm arms itself and the cameras send a notification to your phone if they detect movement.

As you get closer to home, the heating returns to its comfort setting. When you open the door, the hallway and kitchen lights come on and the alarm disarms.

The living room lights dim to a low glow, the curtains close and the TV and sound system switch on together. If someone rings the bell, the intercom picture pops up in the corner of the screen.

Infrastructure
Wired or wireless? Both work
There are two main ways to build a smart home. Which one suits you depends on the state of the property, your budget and what you might want to add later.
Wired (KNX)
KNX is an open standard that lets devices from different manufacturers share the same bus. Devices connect over a dedicated data cable, so the cabling needs to be planned during construction or a major renovation.

Wireless (Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Matter)
Wireless modules sit behind switches, inside sockets or in the devices themselves and talk over radio. They can go into a lived-in home without chasing walls.

KNX usually makes more sense in a new villa, and wireless in a flat you already live in; some homes use both. We make that call with you during the site survey, once we have seen the property.
How we work
From first visit to handover in four steps
Smart home projects go wrong when decisions get made on the day of installation. So we split the job into clear stages from the start.

Site survey
We visit the home or the building site and look at the wiring, windows and heating system. We also ask how you actually live in the space.
- 02
Design
We put together a written plan: what gets controlled in each room, wired or wireless, and which scenes you want. You review it with us before any work starts.
- 03
Installation & programming
We fit the devices, program the system and test every scene on site. On renovation jobs we work to the same schedule as your electrician and other trades.
- 04
Training & support
At handover we walk through the app, the wall panels and the scenes together. If you want to change a scene or add a device later, just get in touch.

With more new residential projects going up in Samsun, people are asking about smart home features earlier, often before they get the keys. In a seafront flat in Atakum the priorities tend to be blinds, air conditioning and cameras; in a detached house out towards Tekkeköy or Çarşamba, garden lighting, gates and heating often come first. The same systems work for offices, shops and other business premises. If you are buying or renovating from abroad, a clear written plan makes it much easier to follow the project from a distance.

You get in touch and we arrange a site survey. We look at the property, talk through what you want and then prepare a design and a quote. Once you approve the plan, we agree an installation schedule.
The price depends on how many points you want to control, whether the system is wired or wireless, which devices you choose and the labour involved. Items like blind motors, cameras or audio add to the total separately. That is why we don't quote a figure before seeing the property.
Yes. Lived-in homes usually get wireless modules that fit into existing switch boxes or sockets, so there is no need to break into walls. Some older buildings have no neutral wire at the switch, and we check for that kind of thing during the survey.
Wired systems such as KNX connect devices over a dedicated data cable, which is laid during construction or a major renovation. Wireless systems communicate by radio and are easier to add to an existing home. Both have their place, and the choice depends on the property.
In a properly set up system, wall switches, panels and in-home automations run locally and don't need the internet. What you lose is remote access from your phone and some cloud-based services. We design with that split in mind.
Yes. The system runs through an app that works both at home and remotely, which is useful if you spend part of the year outside Turkey. You can also set permissions, for example for a property manager or cleaner, so they only see what they need.
Most systems we install can be paired with voice assistants, although the supported commands vary by product. Tell us which assistant you use during the survey and we will choose products accordingly. Voice control is an extra; switches and panels always keep working.
It depends on the size of the property, whether the system is wired or wireless and how our work fits in with other trades. Automating lighting and blinds in one room and fitting KNX across a whole villa are very different jobs. We give you a timeline as part of the plan after the survey.
